The event jointly organized by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Amman and TAG-Org will tackle several key issues related to family business

AMMAN-----November 20, 2011------ The Corporate Governance for Family Business Workshop held under the patronage of HE Mr. Sami Gammoh, Minister of Industry and Trade and HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) will be inaugurated November 21st at TAG-Forum at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Graduate School of Business.
The event jointly organized by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Amman and TAG-Org will tackle several key issues related to Family Business, Corporate Governance, Jordanian Experience, Legal Requirements for the Application of Corporate Governance for Family Business, Legislation and Solutions and Obstacles Facing the Implementation of Corporate Governance for Family Business.
HE Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh will deliver the keynote speech on the Continuity of Family Business and its Impact on the Economy.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ali Al Shraideh, senior financial analyst at Jordan Securities Commission will discuss the Obstacles Facing the Implementation of Corporate Governance for Family Business followed by a speech by Mr. Sami Kharabsheh, head of Governance Department/ Companies Control Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade who will discuss Legal Requirements for the Application of Corporate Governance for Family Business.
Mr. Mustafa Nasreddin, senior executive director at TAG-Org and Dr. Martin Beck, resident representative at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung will also take part in the event.
