According to the agreement, Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting will provide professional services concerning the development of the overall structure of the Jordan Water Company

AMMAN ------- September 18, 2011 --------- Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting /Amman Office and Jordan Water Company, "Miyahuna" have recently signed a cooperation agreement in the field of consulting.

According to the agreement, Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting will provide professional services concerning the development of the overall structure of the Jordan Water Company and the subsequent development of relevant job descriptions, as well as conducting a comparative study of actual salary scale for similar jobs/ positions in the local market.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Mustafa Nasereddin, executive director of International Partnerships at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) and Eng. Munir Oweis, CEO of Jordan Water Company.

Eng. Oweis indicated that the agreement stems from the belief of Miyahuna Company in the importance of developing the skills and capacities of the human element and to enhance staff career so as to be able to provide the best services to the water users segment in the capital Amman.

He added: "We seek to create a solid foundation that would strengthen the company's employee structure regardless of the type of jobs employees are handling; including technical and managerial posts so as to serve as a pillar for achieving the desired career stability.”

Mr. Nasereddin said: "We are really happy to sign this agreement with Miyahuna and we will dedicate all our expertise to provide an excellent service."

Jordan Water Company, "Miyahuna" is a national company with limited liability and it is entirely owned by the Water Authority of Jordan. A Board of Directors chaired by HE Minister of Water and Irrigation controls, oversees and ensures the smooth conduct of its activities.
