IPR-Confernece Karachi

Karachi – Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property Pakistan Office (AGIP Pakistan) took part in a full day Intellectual Property Rights Conference 2011 “An international perspective, realization and implementation / counterfeiting and piracy issues” on March 19, 2011 in Karachi where addressing to the conference Mr. Aamir F. Khan (Manager AGIP) highlighted the basics of IPR, its importance and counterfeit issues and solutions.
The conference is being organized by Global Media Links a determined event management organization.
Conference aims to provide a platform, for interaction amongst all relevant stakeholders i.e. the policy makers, manufacturers, industries, academia, entrepreneurs and others to highlight the IPR implementation issues in global, social and economical perspectives and how they can be better stakeholder for the prosperity of modern society and to become aware all stake holders about different potential outcomes of this globally recognized principal for better growth and progress of Pakistan.
The conference attended and address by Mr. Raza Haroon (Minister of Information and technology, Govt. of Sindh). H. E. Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan. H.E. Andrey V. Demidov Consul General of the Russian Federation in Karachi. Mr. Shahjahan Ketran (Chairman Intellectual Property Organization), Pakistan with other top officials.
