AMMAN----------February 16, 2011-------- Extensya, the leading Jordanian company specialized in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), is partnering with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-Knowledge) in offering job opportunities to TAG-Knowledge's language students where a number of jobs are expected to arise within the next year and in which a large segment of them are anticipated to be filled by TAG-Knowledge members.

TAG-Knowledge, the brainchild of HE Senator Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) is an initiative targeted towards the intellectual and knowledge enhancement of the Arab youth. This initiative offers several training courses of business skills and language training programs in English, French, Spanish and Arabic as well as Chinese language at the TAG-Confucius Institute. Each course is attended by around 15-20 students and there are currently 20,000 registered members at TAG-Knowledge.

To their end, Extensya as an outsourcing provider of Contact Management Solutions is constantly looking for talented individuals and language speakers to serve their customers worldwide, and partnering up with TAG-Knowledge is an excellent strategic step that mutually benefits both parties.

Mr. Sulayman Ellayan, operations director at Extensya added: “We are very excited of this relationship; TAG-Knowledge will be the first step in our language recruitment process, allowing us access to a qualified pool of candidates.”

Extensya will carry out its recruitment process after reviewing students' applications and language levels. Extensya is setting up current expansion plans and for that it is growing its recruitment pools for language candidates; the language skill is a crucial aspect of the outsourcing business, as these individuals will be serving native speakers of each language. The language assessment is surely done in collaboration with TAG-Knowledge, whilst the other forms of soft skills training including communication and customer service will be handled by Extensya. Extensya selected TAG-Knowledge students knowing that they undergo an excellent training program.

Jordanians are known for having a neutral accent, and they can adapt much more easily to other languages and accents than many other nationals. Extensya will utilize the language capabilities of Jordanians, as it constantly seeks talents to meet its growing business that offers services in English, German, Italian, French, Spanish and certainly Arabic.
