Abu-Ghazaleh Meets British Ambassador to Jordan

The two parties discussed several key issues in education, capacity building and teaching English and Arabic languages in addition to others

AMMAN--------May 16, 2012------- HE Mr. Peter Millet, the British Ambassador to Jordan received at the Embassy's headquarters Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) accompanied by Dr. Nabil Sharif, executive director of Languages Academy at the University of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh (U-TAG) and Mr. Tareq Hammad, executive director of CSR at TAG-Org.

During the meeting, several key issues in education, capacity building and teaching English and Arabic languages in addition to others were discussed.

Abu-Ghazaleh presented the latest plans to launch the University of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh; an Online, Global, Cobranded, Blended Corporate University which focuses on the provision of select, accredited academic and continuous educational programs for learners and professionals worldwide.

U-TAG offers academic graduate and under-graduate business programs, languages, professional certificates, continuous and innovative education and vocational training courses in a virtual manner and across the world.

It is worth mentioning that the Ambassador had previously delivered a lecture at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Business Forum on education and visited Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Center.

At the end of the meeting, Abu-Ghazaleh presented the British Ambassador with an honorary shield for his support of the educational movement.
