AMMAN --- March 15, 2012 --- Forbes Middle East has recently published its list of the top business schools in the Middle East offering MBA program in the Arab world in its February 2012 issue.
According to Forbes' list, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Graduate School of Business (TAGSB), one of the main faculties of the German Jordanian University (GJU), was ranked among the best ten offering MBA programs; this program provided by TAGSB is the first of its kind accredited in the Arab world by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA).
In addition, TAGSB was honored with an award of "Best Educational Institute in Administration in Asia by the World Education Congress Asia Awards 2011, global awards for excellence in education, leadership and teaching.
Forbes Middle East’s six criteria used to assess the top 37 private MBA programs in the MENA region in 19 countries included accreditation, number of majors, length of the program, cost, minimum GPA requirements and availability of academic advisors.
Forbes Middle East conducted a comprehensive study to present CEOs and investors an opportunity to select and focus on private and public universities which concentrate on developing businessmen and leaders skills.
According to Forbes Middle East the study is a result of the magazine's belief in the importance of higher education in the life of every individual and more importantly in the lives of businessmen and those specialized in finance and economy stating that these educational institutions have fulfilled all conditions sought by businessmen who want to continue their higher studies.
TAGSB was established in 2006 as one of the faculties of the German-Jordanian University (GJU) which was formed through cooperation of the German and Jordanian governments.
Some of the Forbes top universities include Mansoura University in Egypt, King Saud University in KSA, Zayed University in the United Arab Emirates, University of Shendi in Sudan, and the Islamic University of Gaza among others.
